Terms of Service — Mt Auburn Piano Movers

Effective date: 2026.

You have reached mtauburnpianomovers.com, operated by Mt Auburn Piano Movers (referred to here as “we” and “us”). What appears below (“Terms”) describes the conditions for using this site. Landing on or working with these pages counts as agreement to the Terms; if any part does not sit well with you, simply navigate away.

Acceptance

Staying on the site means you affirm having read, grasped, and accepted both these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Because our offerings keep evolving, a revised edition of this document might later be presented for your agreement.

Content And Estimates Are Informational

Service descriptions, per-instrument pricing notes, any approximate number the form yields: treat every bit of it as informational, no more. Early figures remain estimates rather than firm promises. A genuinely fixed price surfaces solely inside a binding written quote, prepared once your particular piano and its access points have been assessed.

Scheduling And Cancellation

  • A piano move is added to our schedule once the booking is confirmed and you have approved the written estimate.
  • Rules for cancelling, rescheduling, or any deposit appear in the signed relocation contract itself.
  • Should anything force a shift or a cancellation, tell us as soon as you possibly can.

You Are Responsible For Accuracy

Asking for an estimate or reserving a date brings an obligation to supply truthful, complete details. The quoted figure rests on what you report: the instrument type, the access and staircases on each end, the addresses concerned. Omissions or mistakes may move that number and restrict what we can accomplish.

Limits On Liability

This site is provided as-is, carrying no guarantee of availability or suitability for any purpose. To whatever extent the law allows, Mt Auburn Piano Movers accepts no responsibility for incidental or consequential losses tied to your use of the site, an outage, or any trust placed in its general material. That limit applies strictly to the website. Your real piano move is governed by its own paperwork: the signed contract, which carries the cargo protection and liability provisions.

Content Ownership

All material on these pages — wording, images, logos, photographs — belongs to or is licensed by Mt Auburn Piano Movers and is shielded under intellectual property law. Duplicating, copying, or circulating it absent our written go-ahead is prohibited.

External Links

For convenience, the pages occasionally point outward to other websites. Whatever those sites hold, the rules they keep, and how they behave lie outside our control and our responsibility. Going there is something you do at your own risk.

Applicable Law

This agreement is governed and interpreted under the laws of Massachusetts, its conflict-of-law principles set aside. Any disagreement involving the Terms or the site is heard by courts located in Massachusetts.

Future Changes

This agreement may be amended periodically. An updated edition is posted here beneath a renewed effective date, and staying with the site thereafter shows your agreement.
